Safety Device: A water seal device is installed as a safety measure. The syngas passes through the water seal device and then burns to heat the reactor via the gas nozzle. This prevents syngas backflow and avoids furnace tempering, ensuring operational safety.

Process of DOING Waste Oil Refining Machine:

    Pretreatment: Preheating is used to separate water and ensure that the waste oil reaches the optimal state before entering the refining stage.

    Heating and Evaporation: The pretreated waste oil is sent to the vertical reactor and preheated with heat transfer oil, usually to around 250°C. This process separates water and emulsified oil in the waste oil and prepares it for the subsequent refining process.

Fractional Refining: The DOING new waste oil refining machine uses a solid catalyst refining process. In this stage, the waste oil is heated to 300°C to 450°C and fractionated under vacuum conditions. By controlling the temperature and pressure, light components (such as oil and gas) are separated, while heavy components are further processed.
