How to pyrolyze waste tires more efficiently?

For customers who want to start waste tire pyrolysis projects, the primary concern is the pyrolysis efficiency of waste tires, and whether the waste tires are effectively pyrolyzed is reflected in the oil yield. Take 10 tons of waste tires as an example, about 4-4.5 tons of pyrolysis oil can be obtained. That is to say, the oil yield of the waste tire cracker is 40-45%. So, how to pyrolyze waste tires more efficiently? We can discuss this issue from the following aspects.

Waste tyres pyrolysis to oil plant

The first is the selection of raw materials for the waste tire. Waste tires can be divided into car tires, truck tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, etc. The oil yield of waste tires is related to the rubber content and the degree of wear. Generally speaking, the higher the rubber content, the lighter the wear of waste tires, and the higher the oil production rate of waste tires. Therefore, when customers choose the raw materials of the waste tire pyrolysis plant, they can choose the waste tires with higher rubber content or less wear to further improve the oil yield of the waste tire pyrolysis plant.

The applications of waste tyres to fuel oil

Followed by waste tire pyrolysis plant technology. During the operation of the waste tire pyrolysis plant, the technology of the waste tire pyrolysis plant will greatly affect the oil output rate of the waste tires. The waste tire pyrolysis plant first pyrolyze the waste tires into oil gas, and then the cooling system cools the oil gas into pyrolysis oil. Therefore, the cooling system of the waste tire pyrolysis plant is particularly important. Henan Doing Group adopts a three-stage cooling system, including two vertical condensers, two horizontal condensers and two condensation towers. The cooling area is 1.5 times that of oil gas, and the heat exchange area is large, so that the oil gas can be fully cooled, which technically improves the oil output rate of the waste tire.

In addition to the above two factors, the operator's operating specifications will also affect the pyrolysis efficiency of waste tires.

Doing Group has been focusing on waste tire pyrolysis plants for more than ten years, and has its own production plant and professional installation team. If you want to know more about waste tire pyrolysis plant, please feel free to contact us.
