Hello everyone! After collecting cooled fuel oil from #pyrolysis , solid residues like carbon black remain. Today, we're exploring DOING pyrolysis equipment's slag removal methods: front, side, and rear slag discharge.
Front discharge is simple—open the reactor door below 50°C and use a slag auger or sealed bag, with our patented vacuum device ensuring safe cooling to prevent leaks or explosions.
Side discharge is efficient: rotate to expel slag twice via side ports after cooling.
Rear discharge offers low-temp (auger and valve at 70°C) or high-temp (condensate-jacketed) options for continuous ops, though advanced tech avoids blockages.
Choose based on your batch type, budget, and materials—like aluminum blocks needing front/side. Next: exhaust gas treatment! Thanks for watching!
